I mean... I align with them on "there should be less restrictions on building higher density housing"
If I can get a bunch of republicans to agree to ease zoning for an apartment complex,
or get a bunch of centerist democrats to agree to requiring 20% of units have to be affordable or rent-controlled,
I think I'm okay with that.

Today is National Flower Day and I'm disappointed to report that Canada does not have one. We have a national tree, the maple, but no flower. Thankfully, each of our provinces and territories have an official floral emblem, making this morning's post a tad more interesting. Official flowers from Nunavut, Quebec and Newfoundland & Labrador are my favourites.
